I am Dolly, and I wish to submit this review for Katleho (KP Call centre agent).

On my way to work this morning, I noticed that the engine's power was not as strong as usual, and then suddenly the fan belt snapped.

At 7:30am, I pulled over on the N3 in Durban and contacted King Price. Katleho answered my call with great enthusiasm and care.

At 7:39, I got a text with the Tow truck information and by 8am, I arrived at the office without any issues. She frequently phoned me to ensure my safety and well-being, as well as to inquire about any possible signs of trauma. While I was at work, she did a courtesy cal, and I had a Royal experience with King Price today. Thank you very much Kate, you really rescued me and brightened my day. This is how I define excellence in Customer Service. I hope someone brightens your day as well.
