I was assisted by Ronald Pillay after I lost my wedding ring. I was totally devasted by the loss but Mr Pillay systematically took me through the process. He came to see me in person and interview me. He was professional at all times. I appreciate that even though I never got the full amount the ring was insured for due to missing evaluation I still had half the value to get a new wedding ring. I appreciate this as at least I will be able to replace my ring.
