Thank you Mr Tumi Makgoba

Hi I had the experience where this month King Price Insurance debited R2032.39 and I was unaware of this new increase as I paid R944.12 last month. I searched for a new insurance company and found 1 within my budget under R1500. I called King Price Insurance and requested them to cancel my insurance, I was put through to a gentleman by the name of Tumi Makgoba who looked for a way to keep me with King Price Insurance. I am now on a comprehensive insurance plan paying paying R1491.24 with the same benefits including gap cover and they will credit me the difference in this month's payment error and next month only pay R1088.79. Thank you Mr Tumi Makgoba for the understanding of how hard we have to try stretch every rand and for working so hard in meeting my needs and keeping me a happy King Price Insurance member.
