I was involved in a car accident and called the insurance to have my car towed. The towing company was there in less than 10 mins. I then called to process the claim and get car hire. Within a few minutes the car hire company had called and sent an sms for me to fetch the car. Everyone I spoke to from the insurance company first asked if I was ok before processing my request and all my requests were processed timeously.
