Dear King Price Team,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to King Price Insurance for the exceptional service I received following my motor vehicle accident on 18 August 2026.

I received confirmation today that my claim has been authorised, and I must say that the entire experience has exceeded my expectations. At a time that was understandably stressful, the professionalism, kindness and efficiency of your team made a significant difference.

I would particularly like to acknowledge the following members of your team:

Keolin Naidoo, who assisted me when registering my claim. He was extremely kind, patient and understanding, and made the process much easier for me. Vaune Grobelaar, who conducted the assessment of my vehicle. He was professional, courteous and kind throughout the assessment. Zakariya Pillay, the claim assessor, who exceeded my expectations by working diligently to finalise my claim as soon as possible. I cannot thank King Price enough for the excellent service I have received. Your team has demonstrated genuine care, professionalism and efficiency, and it is reassuring to know that I am insured by a company that puts its customers first.

Please extend my sincere appreciation to Keolin, Vaune and Zakariya. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I believe they deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provided.
