Thank you Craig Classen for the best service I almost left my insurance for Prime but Craig Classen took me through the differences in policies and showed me I was getting a worse deal. King price gives me 5 million 3rd party cover vs 1 million prime was giving and Prime was insuring my car for less than the highest retail value vs King Price’s Highest retail value. On top of that I got a premium deduction and credited for my next premium debit order. I will be sticking with King price not only because of better value proposition but the excellent customer service and professionalism. Craig Classen is a value to the organization and needs a BIG FAT raise. Thank you 🙏🏾
