Thank you Anriette Viljoen

What a pleasure it was dealing with Anriette Viljoen today. I called with a query on my policy and while we were talking, the call cut out. I was dreading the thought of having to call back and go through the entire process and explanations again but almost immediately she called me back and completed the process. She has such a friendly disposition and you could hear her 'smiling' in her voice. She was a breathe of fresh air and the kind of people we need more of. Thank you Anriette for making my experience a pleasant one.
