Lungelo Nkosi - what a wonderful person you are - You went the extra mile for my Mom (VERY DEAF) and helped us to cancel her Policy that she can no longer afford. You were patient, helpful, and so very caring of our situation with Mom not being able to hear. Thank you, thank you!
