Terrifying experience with King Price Insurance

I had a terrible experience when trying to file a claim. The assessor literally treated me like a ******** (and I mentioned this to him) by asking inappropriate questions like what clothes I had on before the incident and suggesting horrific things, adding to the trauma I already felt from the incident. Despite being a loyal customer for several years and NEVER having filed a claim before, they rejected my claim and the assessor accused me of things I didn't have the energy to dispute. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I was given the runaround when inquiring about the claim, and to make matters worse, while my vehicle was at the facility awaiting assessment, a car part was removed, and I had to cover the cost myself. This ordeal has caused me significant inconvenience, loss of income, and additional expenses. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
