Terrible/unacceptable service by King Price/ Call Centre

It took King Price more than 2 hours to send a tow truck on Saturday 8th September.I got stuck on weekend and called the insurance for towing and the lady told me she will request a tow truck and phone me back after minutes I phoned again to followup and the lady told me the truck was requested and its on its way after an our I called again to ask how far was the help and was told that unfortunately the info that they have is that the tow truck is on its way nothing much. I then called again and now on the other side was the guy who promised to call me back after contacting the tow truck driver back was never called back as promised. I then called again after 2 hours and at this time I was fighting because of this poor service and requested the tow truck drivers contacts and I called the driver who told me he has been in my street for the past hour and trying to call me and to my surprise the address and telephone number he got were all wrong . King Price people didn't bother to followup and find out if I have been helped though I have been with them for a very long time and my other concern is that my life could have been at risk and they do not care. I had an arrangement with the workshop manager that I will tow the vehicle straight to their workshop and they even closed the shop while I was still waiting for help.
