Terrible Terrible Service

I called King Price this morning after 8 for road side assistance to collect my car at my house and take it to my dealership to check. It's not almost 2 in the afternoon. I am still waiting? i have called 4 times since then still noting now i am being told they tried phoning me and i didnt answers. staying on hold for 13min and waiting just to have it put down in my face>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thank you Tatuo for the worst service ever!! I will have to review my insurance and take it else where. You promise royal service but this is what i get!
