Terrible Service with Claims! No updates! They Don't Care About You!

The service is terrible! If you want silent treatment and poor customer service when you have a claim...Go for KP! Always thought having insurance gives you peace of mind but with King Price insurance it is the opposite!

I have a claim in progress and the experience is terrible, they don't give updates, I have to call always and I'm always told someone will call back with updates but dololo... you will send mails and cc more than 5 people from their side including client/complains departments and they do not care!

They take forever to order parts and hide behind "parts are back order"...For something they gave you 4-5 weeks ETA...you will wait 3 months with no update!

I don't even know why Nicholas Sebeya at their Parts Dpt has an Email...you will send him mails but he doesn't even care or bother to respond!
