TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM KING PRICE REGARDING A THIRD PARTY CLAIM!

On the 22nd of December 2019 I was involved in an accident & unfortunately a third party vehicle was involved. I bumped the third party vehicle from behind and it incurred some serious damages. Fortunately for me the claim was approved & my car has been restored, all thanks to the professionalism displayed by the investigator Brett Bennett throughout the process. Now, the problem I have is with the third party claim & the legal department! The third party vehicle was towed to President Panelbeaters in Bethal & still gathers dust there up to this day! Why? because the so called "assessor" from King Price assessed the car from the accident pictures and the owner of the car is being offered R42 000 while the actual cost of the repairs, as per the quotation from the Panelbeater, is a whooping R102 000! How do you assess damages on the car through pictures & go against the word of someone [the Panelbeater] who assessed it physically? Am I expected to pay the outstanding balance? If so, then why does my policy schedule say I'm covered for third party liabilities up to 3M?

I'm threatened everyday by the third party vehicle owner with civil claims & letters of demands and whatnot, simply because Dennis Masenya & his legal team are not being realistic about this whole sticky wicket! I can't work nor sleep in peace with my phone buzzing with calls & SMSs from the angry third party vehicle owner all the time! The least they can do is tell us then, where do they expect the third party vehicle owner to repair the car with R42 000?
