Terrible Service from King Price Insurance

I reported my accident claim with King Price and made follow up with them on the 14 April 2018. I was referred to their local panel beater to get the vehicle assessed. The vehicle was assessed and later I was told that they are declaring my vehicle to be a write off while the damage was small and repairable. I was given option to get it written off and then receive a bigger payout amount or option to retaining the car and fix it at a payout rate of R18652. On the 5 May 2018 I signed the Agreement an Disclaimer in Respect of cash in leau of settlement. I was expecting fund to be released within few days of emailing the signed agreement to King price and that did not happen. On the 5 June 2018 I received another Agreement and Disclaimer form from King Price for me to sign. I asked if was it necessary to sign it again as I've already signed it in May 2018 and was told my Sebastian Makitla (Claims consultant) that I needed to sign it as there were some errors with the figures on the previous one that I signed. I then completed and sent back the new Agreement and Disclaimer. On the 11 June 2018, I got email from Sebastian Makitla at King Price telling me that the vehicle registration certificate was still reflecting Nedbank. He requested that I send him a letter of settlement from Nedbank. I sent it to them. While expecting funds to be paid to my bank account, I got calls from other King Price consultants trying to convince me to take my car again to panel beaters for quotations so that they can fix my car after I was told that it is a write off and having chosen the option of keeping it and getting payout rate of R18652. I rejected all their proposals and told them that I want the money that I signed for paid into my bank account.
