Terrible Service from King Price: A Nightmare Experience

I am beyond disappointed with the service I’ve received from King Price Insurance. My recent experience has been a complete disaster, highlighting their lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction. From delays in inspections to conflicting advice, King Price has repeatedly failed to coordinate internally, leaving me— the client— to chase after basic information. Dismissive Responses: Both Jacques du Toit and Lesego Matshiamo Moremane have been unprofessional and dismissive. Jacques failed to address the critical issues outlined in my emails and ignored key points, while Lesego gave unclear and evasive answers, adding to the confusion. Their inability to handle client concerns with professionalism and transparency is deeply frustrating. Lack of Accountability: Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, King Price has chosen to deflect blame and provide unhelpful responses. When asked for call recordings and clarity on processes, I was met with evasion rather than solutions. Confusing and Contradictory Advice: I was given conflicting information at every turn. Lesego, in particular, was unclear about the inspection process and failed to provide timely updates. This is not the level of professionalism I expected when signing up with King Price. Overall Experience: This entire process has been exhausting and infuriating. What should have been a straightforward claims process turned into a drawn-out ordeal due to King Price’s incompetence and lack of professionalism. While their service during the initial client acquisition process was great, everything that followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. King Price’s inability to take ownership of their failures has left me with a bitter taste and a complete lack of trust in their service. Final Thoughts: I strongly advise anyone considering King Price Insurance to look elsewhere. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to resolve issues with transparency and accountability make them an unreliable choice. This experience has made me realize that reliability is far more valuable than saving on monthly premiums. My next step will be to switch to a provider that prioritizes their clients, even if it means paying a higher premium. Do better, King Price, Jacques du Toit, and Lesego Matshiamo Moremane.
