Terrible Service from King Price

About 4 months ago I was involved in a minor accident where another driver had hit my car from the side.<br> I contacted my Insurance company the following day, providing them with all the information required.<br> <br> I then followed up with the Insurance about 2 months later who confirmed that my claim was in process and was with the legal/recovery dept. I would not have to do anything as they would contact me.<br> <br> I contacted them again today and expressed my dissatisfaction at their lack of service. they then told me that they do not work the same as other insurance companies and that there was an offer that they received from the other Insurance company which they still had to accept.<br> <br> I am at a total loss for words as I pay for a service and do not receive any. All I want is for my excess to be paid back to me!!!!<br>
