Terrible service!

Firstly I was told that my preferred towing service was not listed as part of King Price. While I was on the phone with the consultant from King Price, I contacted my preferred towing service, they informed me that they are definitely listed on King Price and that they do work for them. I informed the King Price consultant of this, she got irritated with me and told me that there is only 1 company in Ladysmith that they deal with and that I HAVE to use them. I then conceded and allowed my car to be towed by this company that has a very bad reputation. After my car had been towed that consultant phoned me and said she made a mistake. I then tried to get my car removed from the panel beaters where it was dropped, I was again told that this is not possible unless I pay to get the car towed. So after the King Price consultant forced me to use a towing service with a bad reputation, who towed my car to they're panel shop, I now have to make an arrangement to get my car moved to a reputable panel shop. I have now phoned multiple times, my car has not been moved, in fact when I phone now I don't get through to anyone. I have requested call backs from 10:00 this morning, NO ONE has called me back. I am trying to get my hire car, NO ONE has call me back. I phone the *** number and after making all the selections an automated system tells me thank you for my call and then ends it. What is happening with this insurance????
