Terrible service by King Price.

I have never been so dissapointed by insurance like King price. Worst insurance ever if you ask me, i will never ever recommend thier business to anyone around me, i had enough with their excuses. I have been with the insurance since 2013, this is my first claim by the way but i have been sent pillar to post. I was involve in an accident 5 February 2022, i claimed with the insurance and it was approved and the car was sent to Auto Magic Zambezi since 25 March, believe you me the car is still there as we speak seating there accumulating dust because King price does not want to approve the extra repairs which Auto Magic is requesting.

The car was fixed however it was discovered that the boot is not closing properly and i returned the car to Auto Magic so that they can fix the boot properly however King price does not want to approve the second claim since May. Auto Magic says they have been waiting for King Price to approve the claim so that they can buy parts to fix it. Since May I have been calling the insurance asking about the delays and everyday they telling me different stories, the sad part is when you cal, they will promise to call you back and they will never call you back. I called them on Friday 22 July and they said they will call me today they never did. I explained to them I need the car urgently but sims like they do not care but on the 15th July they deducted my money but when they have to assist me they fail, its been long and I am struggling because I do not have a car to take my child to school. I will never ever do business with King Price after what I went through, is been 4 months without a car and the only problem is King Price.
