Terrible service and worst company to deal with, stay away!!!

Unfortunately, I can't give them a -1, the minimum is 1 star.

The service I have been receiving from king price is very very poor. King price insurance doesn't care about their clients, that's why I cancelled. I logged a call on 2019-10-08 to add a new vehicle and remove the one I have sold. After 5 phone calls that I made to them and speaking to a senior consultant by the name of Mohammed on 2019-10-21 and him assuring me that the vehicle will be removed and my policy updated, needless to say it, a don't bother using King Price. The Vechile is still not removed and my policy still not updated.

I received an email saying: Your policy has been cancelled (KP24***X) "As discussed, with Mohamed Ballim, on 2019-10-21, we hereby confirm that your King Price insurance policy has officially, and unfortunately, been cancelled."

To date its not done and not back dated to 2019-10-09 as per my original instruction / request.
