Terrible service and refusal to pay out a claim
COULD NOT BELIEVE, my car got broken into, I put in a claim, they said they wil fix the locks but blatantly refused to pay for the portable possessions inside the car, they could not show me anywhere on the paperwork for our policy where it states that they do not cover it, in other words they choose what they pay out and what not, no matter what your paper work states. Just a side point as well, I left several messages for them to phone me back on several occasions and had to phone them at the end of the day.
