Terrible service and hostile treatment from king price insurance

I have been with king price for the last two years. I have never missed a payment. My vehicle was involved on an accident, a guy drove into my vehicle from the rear. My vehicle was taken to smd Sandton and assessed. I opened a claim, claim number : CKP***/2. I was then contacted by an individual who treated me like I was a ********, seems like that's how king price treats all their clients. I was cross question over and over. The individual that is handling my case can not give me a straight answer on when king price will pay out my claim. He keeps postphoning, it's been almost two weeks now and still no clear indication of when they will approved the claim and start fixing my vehicle.
