Terrible service
I have lodged a 3rd party claim 4 months ago. And only last month did they send me a payment date to be the 1st of June of which I was glad that the chasing would be over. Today is the end of 2nd of June and guess what I have had 4 different tales of why I haven't received my payment. Mind you I am driving a damaged car for the past 4 months with risks of getting traffic fines. I can't believe they are people insured by this useless insurance company.
