Terrible service

A nightmare of a day with king price! Got into an accident today waited almost an hour to get towing authorization 😕 An agent called me and I asked about the claim to repair my vehicle, she told me they would reach out with a form and I waited but nothing. Fast forward I had tried to request a call on the app but got called around 16h20 whilst I requested this at 11h00. Now this is where the nightmare gets worse When I signed up for the insurance I was told my access was 2750 but can also be 10% of my claim but it will never exceed 2750 so I took it seeing it was reasonable.

Now I am told if the damage is 100k I'm liable for 10k which goes against everything I was told when signing up for the policy does this mean I was **** to by king price just for me to take the policy? I even spoke with the supervisor before taking the policy because I wanted to u understand and he emphasized that yes it will never be more than 2750 but now I'm told it will be access plus 10% of whatever claim it will be which is honestly absurd now to make things worse I'm told my towing was unauthorized and may be liable to pay the fees which doesn't make sense to me honestly I tried to ask this but the agent brushed it off and told me we'll cross that bridge when it comes like is this how king price operates? I can t even say more because my day has already been ruined by them. At this point I'm not expecting any miracle from them.
