Terrible service
I have been trying for at least 4 days to get hold of someone at King Price to complain about a faulty debit order amount that was taken off my bank account. All I get are promises that they will get back to me in "just a little while" -- this little while is now 4 DAYS They advertise and promote the "Chili" insurance policy but it would seem that they don't adhere to their own promise of reduced premiums. My premium for last month was at least R 100 more that what was stated on their invoice/statement
