Terrible Service

<p>This morning at 8:15 I called to submit a claim. Call was taken by King Price agent Ofentse Oganne. I was put on hold twice with him for 3 mins at a time. Very annoying. He was asking me questions like “Who were you insured with previously?” “When was your last claim” “are my house plans approved” – I was asked these questions when I took out insurance with King Price. Why is King Price taking my money but asking me these questions again? Do they influence my claim?</p> <p> </p> <p>The line then went dead………I received a sms with claim number saying King Price have my details. I left for an hour and called back to King Price. Spoke to another agent who advised that my claim was not completed as yet. NOW why didn’t Ofentse Oganne call me back to complete the claim??</p> <p> </p> <p>The company slogan is something in the lines of “treating the client like royalty” . Ofentse Oganne seriously lack client services s****s.</p> <p> </p> <p>25/04 Received a call from Charlene advising that claim has been rejected as the garage door is too heavy for the motor. The assessor called my husband this morning to get a photo of the motor. No one ever came out to look at the motor or garage door so how was that conclusion reached?</p> <p> </p> <p>And today I get a report that claim was rejected due to wear and tear. This is my first claim I have placed with King Price and this is how it went down. Not once was an assessor sent to my house. How can this be determined by a phote?</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent three emails to complain about this service to King Price before posting it on here. I never received a response.</p> <p>We have cancelled our insurance with King Price - not risking a major claim with incompetency. They are fantastic when you are taking out insurance and renewing your policy but there is absolutely no customer service when claiming.</p> <p>Now I will wait and see how long it will take for them to refund me the premium</p> <p> </p>
