terrible service

<p>I had taken an insurance with king price 4 months ago I had called them to change details on my insurance, only to be told that the sales person that did my application took down all the incorrect details to give me a cheaper insurance quote. It took them 2 days to listen to that conversation and which I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. Finally they called me back but not to apologise for the problem but instead to tell me that my premium has now increased. I find this ridiculous because they did nothing to help me.</p>
