Terrible roadside assist

<p>After numerous attempts to get my car towed, they sent out 3 *********** towing companies. The first one arrived in a 1980 1,4 Honda trying to jump start my Mercedes battery. I Needless to say, it was a fruitless exercise since his battery was still the old type with cells. The second company managed to jump start my car with a battery power pack, and after driving for an hour, my car stopped again as I parked it in the garage. I have had 3 other visits today, one arriving in a bakkie, with faulty jumpers. Then a tow truck, who had no idea what to do since he locked the power steering and had no trolley jack or jumper leads. This is now 3 days later and I am left at my own device to figure out how to get assistance from the company which I entrusted to be there in need. I am a woman after all! </p>
