Terrible repair work by a King Price authorised Autobody Repairers.

I cannot begin to share my disappointment at the poor workmanship done by the King Price insurance authorised Auto Body, Lyttleton Autobody Repairers. It has been such a terrible experience I feel like I have been doing business with a shody panel beater from downtown Joburg. This actually speaks of King Price business ethic, if this is what they allow from their authorized service providers.

Where do I even start. 1. During the repairs they messed up the wiring or whatever they did and the vehicle started to show and incorrect service due reading. They tried to convince me that its my fault and I need to take the car for a service. When I told them that the vehicle has been recently serviced in January, they then told me to take it to Mercedes myself, and that meant the cost would be on me. I told them I'm not doing that. 2. They sent a message telling me that the vehicle is ready for pick up. Before I went to pick it up, I sent an inspector to check the car, only to find that the car is not complete, there was a missing under carriage part. I'm not sure if the expectation was that I would not notice because since its under the car, because nothing explains why they said the car is ready when its not. 3. The inspectors report showed such poor poor workmanship. I mean this is a Mercedes that has never been in an accident. From the pointwork, to the alignment, to the exhaust. Everything was just shody work. I asked that they re-do the work. This has led to my car being with the Autobody for 4 months just to fix a rear end collision. Initially it was meant to the only 2 month. 4. I received another message that the car is ready. Lo and behold, the vehicle is still in a horrible condition. More so, now there are stone chips where there were no stone chips, the under carriage looks like it was bought from a s****yard, the exhaust pipe was re-welded, instead of purchasing the correct one.

My mercedes look like I bought it from a dealer in Jeppe street. All because King Price does not care about the Auto repairs it contracts. The assessor went to look at the vehicle, I'm not sure what he saw that he approved, but this is terrible, poor workmanship. So, King Price, after paying over R*** in repairs, I'm going to have to redo all the work from my pocket because you run a dishonest business. You wasted your money on this Autobody, they are terrible at their work.
