Terrible King price

Good day. Its with great regret that I have to publish this review. We as customers deserve to be treated as customers with the best customer service. I have logged threw a numerous of times for a callback from king price but without any success. A few days later I logged in a callback and was called by an agent from king price . I then asked him to assist me with a claim for a scratch and dent. He then transferred my call to the relevant consultant however he was busy with on a call and I was promised to be called back unfortunately it's been weeks since and my call hasn't been returned . I then called again today which on the 6th of April and I've been on the telephone line waiting for ok over 7 minutes. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I've received from king price
