Terrible insurance, will do anything to not pay for your claims and will claim anything is Wear and Tear in spite of evidence

They are Absolutely terrible when you try to claim.

I have car insurance + mechanical warranty + scratch and dent with them.

I tried claiming for a gearbox malfunction and they just rejected it based off pictures that showed wear. I gave them additional reports to state and images to show that there was mechanical breakage of a locking ring which caused slipping thus accelerated the wear. They just continued to reject saying that they based it on "the balance of probability". They never even sent out an assessor to properly assess the damage.

I then tried claiming for scratch and dent repair. To which the workshop contacted me to say that they still haven't paid out for the repairs, after almost 2 weeks.
