TERRIBLE INSURANCE EVER KING PRICE

On the 09th of March I was involved in an accident. King Price took my car to their inspection Center to assess the car. To my surprise they took weeks to assess the car, i decided to call King Price to check how far are they with my claim since they were not communicating at all, i called them 3 times and they told me they are still waiting for the damage report from their center.

I waited for another weeks without them communicating. I called and checked the claim progress and they told me that they are unable to get the accident report. I called Tshwane Metropolice center to ask if the accident report was available, they confirmed that it is available. King price kept on claming that accident report is not available by the TMC, i then went straight to the TMS requested for that report and had to pay for it. I had to wait for a month for my claim to be approved!!!!

Just when i thought drama was over since my claim was approved...it was the begining. My car was taken to their so called service provider in Pretoria west, JOCK'S AUTOBODY AND DENT REMOVER. The car was there for 2 weeks and they never comminicated with me, i called Jocks and they told me they are still waiting for the ordered parts. I called again after a week, they told me they just got the parts and they will start reparing the car next day. After a week i called them and Ruan said they are still waiting for the parts.

I called king price and lodged a complain about their service provider. King Price called Jocks and they said to me i sjould give them a month and said I will get my car on the 5th of May. 5th of May, no communication from Jocks, i called them the next day and they told me the car is not fixed because the manager resigned! And now i have been calling King Price since yesterday to try and push Jocks to fix the car and they are hanging up the calls as soon as i provide them with my claim number. What a Royal Service. I am really not happy with King Price and their Service Providers. I wouldn't advice people to join them because their comminication is very bad and they can't even fight for their clients.
