Terrible Inexperienced Insurers.

My cars been with the panel beaters for over 2 months. The car had minor issues and it’s a common vw, however they’re always “waiting for the parts”. Today my car was supposed to be collected from the panel beater only to find out that something broke on the motor and the assessor refused to look at it when shown by the panel beater. The inconvenience and unnecessary headache that comes with this insurance. Honestly not worth saving a few pennies. I’ve spent more on car hire an Uber than paying an actual car installment in the last 2 months.
