terrible incompetence insurance

if kingprice is your insurance provider believe me you have no insurance. I took a comprehensive cover with kingprice insurance in 2012 I never miss a payment when I was involved in a accident last year they refuse to pay my claim.am sitting with debt with Mfc this is terrible the reason the gave was I did not specify the extra in my car of which I did I ask them to listen to the sales call then the lady disappeared never get back to me.i did make a follow up call but they refused to pay my claim
