Terrible experience with King Price Insurance

I had a terrible experience with King Price Insurance. I got into an accident on October 26th, 2023 and reported it to them. They came and towed my car to assess the damage, and ultimately declared it a write-off. However, when it came time to pay out my claim, they refused to do so on the grounds that my car had a profile on Bolt, a ride-sharing platform, even though it was not in use at the time of the accident. They then cancelled my policy and instructed me to collect my car from Gobid. When I arrived, some of my car's parts were missing and no one could account for them, as my policy had been cancelled.

I also had shortfall insurance with Bidvest, but they declined my claim as well, citing the decision made by King Price. I had a bad experience with King Price Insurance.
