Terrible experience from KingPrice and the appointed Repair centre Auto Bonn. NO UPDATES

We were involved in an accident in Mid July 2021 AND our car still hasn't been touched. NO updates from the insurer or repair centre. I do not know what is happening with my car - every time I call to check, everyone promises to call me back for updates but no one ever call me. its a back and forth between KINGPRICE and the repair centre at Auto Bonn. The service has been heart breaking. Our one and only family car got approved/ authorised 3rd of August 2021 and the parts only got ordered on the 19th of August 2021. There was a 3 weeks delay of our car NOT being unattended too, it was just sitting there collecting dust. NO action whatsoever. No accountability from KingPrice or the appointed repair centre. They wont even offer you a temporary car because of their delay in processing things quicker. They give no comfort that your car is safe with them and that they are working on it.
