Terrible experience

I have never received a release, and its dissapointing to note that a whole sales manager is ignorin the potential customer they can recruit by sure casing tgat they see the ambassador , my point here is tha you clearly dont get the idea of communicating and be the trusted provider. I am still of the view that as a young insurance company you still have a long way to go if you do not treat your customer with honesty and respect.

Another week no communication on the status report of this small claim, honestly I wonder who still go and sign up with such insurance. I am not the one to continuously follow up but this kingprice is on another level of incompetency.

Its always easy to hide behind your 15-20 days, there is is no reasonable claim that takes 2 months for a mere 7k. This is an accident that happened 3/10/2025, and you only started wotking on on it on the 24/10/2025 after following up not once....Logic tells me you are frustrating me because I am 3rd party...by the way the 15-20 days will eventually lapse and i will see what is the excuse.

Your legal team is as bad...I just need to see when will this 3rd party claim get paid, otherwise I have made peace with your terrible service
