Terrible Experience Despite a Good Quote

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with JP, whose customer service was extremely poor. I then requested to speak with a Manager or Team Leader, which I did, and he assured me that he would email the quote to me. I’m still waiting for it. I wanted to review the quote first and discuss it with my husband before committing, but I never received it.

JP was very forceful, and the interaction made me feel extremely uncomfortable, it honestly felt intimidating. The most disappointing part is that I was actually happy with the quote itself, but the overall experience was so unpleasant that I felt compelled to share my feedback so others are aware.
