<p>I am beyond livid! I initially wanted a quote from them, thought my car insurance quote was pending until they'd received the go-ahead from me until I was done comparing quotes. I made it clear that I was ONLY comparing quotes. They are ****** expensive, and thank goodness for Outsurance, I went with them. My pro-rata premium which they took from me has been lingering with them ever since I cancelled, which was two weeks ago, going on 3. I spoke to 3 different agents who promised that my money would be transferred to me. The second consultant assured me that the money would've been transferred in less than 5 - 7 days. I've just followed up with them about MY money, and NOW it's an entirely different story. Now the process begins again, having to go through old phone call conversations. Now they are saying, that on its own will take 24 hours. For the money to be transferred, it will again take 5-7 working days. By then, it will be Three weeks, going on four. I don't have time for games, thank goodness I went with Outsurance, best decision ever. I just want my money! King Price, someone is not doing his job here and for such a "royal" company, ya'll a trashy. Get your act together! Nxle!</p>
