Terrible and awful experience and service

3 June 2016 my son was involved in accident with my car and I phoned the emergency number. The only response I got was, the number you have dialed is not available at present. I left messages on the website and send emails to Darren at King Price practically begging for help since my son was alone. I got hold of a person that used to work with me and asked him to assist my child. STILL NO SIGN OF KING PRICE. Next morning Darren send email and phoned me asking how can he assist me. A lady from towing service also contacted me the next morning and confirmed that she was an approved towing service and that she is waiting by car. I I lodged the claim with Lebo and informed her about the towing service that is waiting for authorization. I had to phone Firm Insurance and ask for assistance to tow vehicle since KING PRICE failed again to deliver service. The following week Eugene van Rooyen phoned me and told me he is the assessor appointed for the claim. On the 8th He came to my house to interview my son and requested my son's bank statements. We provided the documents as requested and Eugene phoned me 15th June informing me that my son was not alone in vehicle. I told him that my son stated he was alone and the person that assisted my son confirmed that he was alone. Now I gave all the info to Lebo and Eugene with the contact details of good samaritan who assisted my son since King Price was not available to help in time of need. Eugene also phoned the lady from towing service and told her that my story and her story differs. How he got to that conclusion I dont know since King Price was not available to assist at time of accident. I stated to Lebo that the accident happened in Johannesburg and I was at home in secunda. He also asked me did I know that there was another person also on accident scene which I confirmed as the person that assisted my son. Eugene also asked me if im aware that my son was in secunda on the 1st according to his bank statements. I confirmed that its a negative accusation since my son was busy with a course in JHB as he is a student. I also gave him advice to follow it up with SAIW since training institutes make use of attendance registers. I advice that Eugene must follow up with bank as to why the dates of transactions that took place over the weekend only reflected on the 1st of June on the statements. He then requested internet bank statements from my son and I tried phoning him to inform him its not possible coz my son dont have internet banking. On Friday 17th Eugene send me a email that he wants my son to send him proof of his transaction made before the accident. I emailed him back and said that the only proof he got was from the 10th of June since his cellphone do updates and that was the reason why he gave got statements from bank. My son informed him that he did purchase toiletries from SPAR the day before accident and it reflected on bank statement, Eugene emailed me stating that he spoke to manager at Spar and apparently they cannot find a transaction. Looks like the bank statement is not accurate according to Eugene and he must investigate or take it up with the bank as well. This far I only heard from Eugene that my car is written off and feel that he is doing everything to make us out as ***** with all his comments. I feel that the way he handles the claim is more of a KNIGHT IN THE MIDDLE AGES THAT IS TRYING TO COLLECT EVERYTHING FOR THE KING. King Price is not interested in helping their clients, feels more like protecting themselves. I must send through beacon and billing documents of my son to King Price as well and hopefully this nightmare will be over soon. The king and his court dont feel anything for their clients and now I feel that it was the biggest mistake from my side to submit a claim. What if the king and his court rocks up here with horses and carts and throw us in a dungeon!!!!!
