Technicians not returning the everything they took for analyis during claim

I wanted to claim after my TV and Laptop mysteriously broke. It was obvious the TV fell or were bumped this was replaced quickly with no issue My laptop however - I was told it has water damage the technician took it but brought it back without the charger I have been asking and even laid a complain with KP - CKP***/7 That laptop was not near water. but none the less I cannot do anything cause I dont have the charger - also asked for the report but nothing This is really bad service
