Tebogo Motaung EXCELLENCE !!!!!

I phoned my insurance (Kingprice) and got Tebogo on the line. I asked him to phone me back because my airtime was depleted. Without hesitation he calls me back within 45sec of me dropping the phone.

The way he spoke to me and made me feel at ease was AMAZING. We spoke like two old buddies and that is one of the BEST customer services traits one can have.

In my situation , luckily, it wasn't an emergency (reason why I called) i just had to follow up on certain things / changes on my policy. and , to my convenience, he also informed me about the scratches and dents cover that i can add for only +- R70 extra on my premium. I asked him to add it IMMEDIATELY.

It just so happens that also work at a radio station (as a presenter). I will make it my mission to promote the EXCELLENT service i received from Tebogo and promote KING PRICE INSURANCE.

I surely think that Tebogo deserves some sort of intensive.

I really hope he gets this review.
