I was assisted today by Tebogo Ngobeni with regards to my policy. I can honestly say, it was the best customer service I have ever received!! She was not only friendly, very patient and extremely helpful, she made me feel at ease, and answered all my questions.Tebogo Ngobeni, you are such an amazing person, with excellent customer service skills, you just made my day today.
