Tamlyn from King Price insurance provided me with exceptional service today

Tamlyn from King Price insurance provided me with exceptional service today. She provided me with information that none of the other staff gave me since I joined the company. I wish that the rest of the company can up their game when dealing with clients. I have to add that I had a claim recently and they send out 2 different plumbing companies and they are still not happy with the reports provided and have to send out a 3rd company which I am still waiting to contact me. In the meantime I don't have hot water and have to boil water in pots. Once again this proves that the clients are not treated as the Kings the company portrays. My rating for Tamlyn is a 5 but for the company 1
