taking to long

hi there<br> I am with kink price insurance for a period of time now.<br> The lightning struck my computer and router on Saturday at about 21:00,22August<br> I phoned them on the 24th twice and they rep**** that they will phone me back witch did not happen.<br> 25th I phoned and I cot the same reply. On the 26th I wanted to speak to there manager and they helped me by saying that someone will come to collect my goods for damage assessment.<br> 5 min later she(Nasneema) phoned me and said there people can not come out and that I have to send it to a computer company for assessment. I paid R150 for the assessment and send the quote to her.<br> As she requested in an e-mail. I heard nothing from them until I phoned them.<br> She then requested there people to come and collect. I am still waiting.07september 2015 today<br> In the meantime I am in contact with Adrian van straaten from Technosure.<br> From the 2nd September till today saying they will collect. Pleas help.
