Takes one person to put a smile on your face

I would just like to talk about the service I experienced with King Price. I was having terrible service from them and struggling to get my insurance in place for over 2 weeks with endless half an hour calls at a time. I had 3 debits coming off the first month I was with them and an increase in my agreed upon installment. Needless to say I was very frustrated and ready to cancel my policy but LETSEGO PILINE assisted me so well today and did such a fantastic job with changing my mood (which isnt always easy to do). She was extremely professional, calm and extremely helpful. In future I would only ask to be assisted by her. Exceptional employee. Thank you LETSEGO PILINE for making my day...You are a STAR.
