Taken Debit Order With No Acceptance Of Quote

In Feb 2018 i acted on a sms from King Price to get a quote for car insurance. A quote was mailed to me. I did not confirm to go ahead with the acceptance of the quote. On 02/03/2018 the installment was taken from my account. The next day i contacted King Price to reverse the debit order. A promise was made to reverse the debit order? I phoned a week later and the same promise was made with no refund up to date. This is unacceptable. Please contact me regarding this a.s.a.p
