Surprisingly Disappointing Performance from King Price

<p>I had the misfourtune of a tree falling on my car while driving . I submitted a claim for this, which was approved quite promptly. This was great service and the consultant was consistent on keeping updated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Once the claim was approved it all went downhill. To cut a long and frustrating story short King Price's service was appalling. King Price tried to exclude items requiring repairs despite the fact that the damage was clearly caused by the tree. They then proceeded to give me the run around and only logged my complaint for the outstanding items a WEEK after I initally contacted them.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consultants had a pleasant telephone manner at all times but King Price has presented itself as *************. The inexplicable time delays associated with my claim would have been far more bearable had I received a FULLY repaired vehicle once it was claimed the work was done. </p>
