Surprise money to be paid

I really wish I read these comments before moving to them.they are really a horrible horrible insurance company I really hope the next person doesn’t take them because they really don’t have the understanding of what insurance is at all and no customer service.the list goes on and you think you are saving but no you have to pay surprise amount that is really In your policy.i wish I could give them a -5 in actual fact.
