Sure sure

Good day , I am writing this to formally complain about the competition i have won with the Radio station 947 involving King price. A few weeks ago I won the “sure sure” competition and i won R40 000… I won R20 000 for answering using the phrase sure sure and another R20 000 for doing a free obligation quote with king price. I was informed to get paid on the 28th of October. To my surprise I only got paid R20 000 with confirmation from prime media, they only paid half because they are still waiting for king price to pay them. What saddens me is that i go all over social media seeing all these competitions king price has but im yet to be paid. So im asking myself if there is still up and running competitions , is a normal thing that people have to wait so long to get paid their winnings ? I have sent multiple emails to prime media. I called king price to assist , the agents are reffering me to send emails. All I want is a update .. so since prime media cant assist me , will king price inform me , when will i receive my winnings from king price
