SUPERB SERVICE : RHONWIN JACOBUS @ CLIENT CARE

I am absolutely overwhelmed by the AWSOME service I was rendered by Rhonwin Jacobus at Client Care. He was THE ONLY one in my 2 years of battle to get a "Do Not Tow" sticker for my car. I was so desperate and was about to change to another Insurer but decided to give it one more try by lodging an official complaint via the complaints channel etc. Within the same day Rhonwin called and after a few things he needed to check, he rep**** promptly within 15 minutes and promised to courier my documents and TWO!! "Do not to" stickers. I CANNOT say THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! enough - Rhonwin, you have given me hope. I have just received my envelope with all my stuff. Thank you God for people like you!!
